Any product purchased can be returned in its original box, unopened, free of external damages or signs of tamepring with the original sealing tape, free of signs of water or any other liquid that may or may not have damaged its contents.
To return an item a ticket must be opened with our customer service by writing at info@bikebrix.it with object "Return", within 14 days from the receipt of the item. The unwanted item must be shipped within the same time limit.
Bicycles cannot be returned.
